No School October 11th, what will you do?? Join Boston Harbor School for a reserved tour of the Schilters Pumpkin Farm! We will meet as a group at 10:30 at the entry. Cost is $6 per child, $3 for adults. (CASH ONLY PLEASE - we're paying as a group.) What’s included: Visit the farm animals in the petting farm. Find your way through the hay maze in the barn. Enjoy a covered hay ride. Pumpkins for kids (a size the child can carry) Covered area in barn to dine together for lunch. Half Day schedule, students dismissed @ 12:15  & Scholastic Book Fair

The Boston Harbor Annual Halloween Carnival will be Saturday, October 26th from 5-8PM. Admission is $5 per child (there are free of charge tickets available for students, please see Roxanne for information). Bring the whole family for spooky fun carnival games, festive live music, yummy Meconi’s sandwiches, delicious caramel apples & Lattin's cider! We are in need of volunteers to help run the games the night of the carnival. You can sign up to volunteer below or we will have sign up sheets for your class game in each classroom during conference week. The PTA has rented Skateland just for our school on Monday, Nov. 4th from 5-7PM. Cost is $6.50 per skater which includes skate rentals. November Teacher Appreciation HAPPY THANKSGIVING! For November's staff appreciation the BHS PTA and families are treating the staff at Boston Harbor School to a soup lunch on Monday, November 25th. Soups should be brought in a crockpot or some other hot holding item. Also, please have your contribution at the school by 10:45am and please return to pick up dishes and serving items by the end of the day.
