You’re the guiding captain of the PTA, steering the ship toward success! As President, you lead the board, keep everyone on track, and ensure that both the board and members stay accountable in fulfilling their roles. You’re also the crucial liaison between the PTA and the school, building connections and fostering communication to make sure everyone is on the same page.

You’re the partner-in-crime to the President, helping steer the board towards its goals with your strategic thinking and collaborative spirit. You’re the ultimate multitasker, supporting board members, committee chairs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. When the President’s out, you’re the one stepping up to lead the charge and keep the momentum going!

If it involves paperwork, you’re the go-to person! As the Secretary, you’re the keeper of all things organized. You take charge of record-keeping, preparing meeting agendas, and ensuring that minutes are captured accurately. Your attention to detail keeps the PTA running smoothly and ensures nothing gets lost in the shuffle!

The PTA’s financial wizard! As Treasurer, you juggle the numbers with precision, keeping track of all financial matters and making sure everything is in tip-top shape. From bookkeeping to regulatory compliance, to processing payments and reimbursements – you make sure the PTA’s money is in order and the financial future stays bright.

You’re the voice of the PTA! As Communications Chair, you coordinate all forms of communication, from social media and newsletters to the website and e-blasts. Your creative energy ensures that all PTA updates are clear, consistent, and engaging, so the whole community stays informed and connected.

You’re the heart and soul of the PTA’s membership program! As Membership Chair, you promote the PTA, recruit new members, and keep track of who’s on board. You’re the one who builds connections, fostering a sense of community and ensuring that everyone feels welcome and excited to be a part of the PTA family.

Planning is your superpower! As Activities Chair, you raise FUN in our school community by taking charge of all PTA events, from back-to-school bashes to teacher appreciation festivities. You coordinate, organize, and bring those fun-filled events to life, making sure every activity is a hit and leaves everyone with great memories!

When it comes to raising money for the PTA, you’re the mastermind! Our PTA does a lot more than fundraising, but let’s face it, without fundraising, we wouldn’t be able to do much. As Fundraising Chair, you plan, manage, and execute all fundraising activities and events. You’re the driving force behind events and initiatives that bring in the funds needed to support the PTA’s mission, always coming up with creative ways to meet and exceed fundraising goals.

You bring the fun after the final bell! As After School Programs Chair, you plan and coordinate all the exciting programs offered by the PTA once school’s out. You’re the mastermind behind crafting enriching, fun, and educational experiences that give kids something to look forward to after class.

You’re the bridge between the PTA and the greater community! As FACE Chair, you collaborate with the broader Boston Harbor community to promote the PTA’s mission. Your work fosters strong partnerships, engages families, and builds a stronger, more unified school and community network. If you’re always thinking about how to connect and engage those around you, this is the right role for you!
