Holiday Bear Market

This is a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about giving and allows them to find that perfect gift for their family members!  We’re received so many amazing donations from our Boston Harbor families, so there will be a lot to choose from!

Each student will list out those that they are shopping for and will bring in quarters to use to purchase the gifts.  We will also have quarters available to give to any students who may not have their own.  Every item will be $0.25 no matter what!

The day has been broken up into 25 minute time slots so each class will come in separately. This makes it much less chaotic and gives the children the opportunity to walk around and choose for each family member. We’ll have volunteers during each time slot to walk around and help the students choose. We’ll also need volunteers to work the cashier station and wrap the gifts.

We will also need volunteers to help the day before with set-up as well as clean-up after the event. We’ll meet right after school to set-up and get the market all ready for students the next day. Stay tuned for more information.
