Olympia Junior Programs for grades 1st & 2nd @ 11:40

Boston Harbor will be hosting Olympia School District's Board Meeting on March 25th at 6:30pm. We invited any parents who would like to attend, ask questions and/or show their support for our great school. We are also looking for anyone who would like to donate snacks for the evening. Please save the date for our Annual Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast. It will be held next Thursday, April 18th at 8:15 in the library. Child care will be provided in the gym for school-aged children. We are looking forward to celebrating you all! Invitation is attached.

Save the Date! We have set a date for our Auction this year! We are having a family fun dance/ auction on Saturday" April 27th from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. More details to follow soon! We have begun procuring items,  if you or your business would like to donate an item for our Auction please contact Priscilla and Christine at fundraising@bhspta.orgor you can simply drop items off at the School with the Amazing Roxanne!!

There will be an important PTA member meeting this Wednesday at 6 pm in the library. We will be voting in the new board members and reviewing our proposed budget for next year. Budget approval voting will be held in June. Candidates for the board are: Treasurer – Sarah Messmer (unopposed) Membership and Activities co-Vice Presidents – Geia Roberts and Crystina Smith (unopposed) Communications Vice President – Carly Brettmann (unopposed)
